For Providers
- Create and Verify a Profile
Providers create a profile outlining:
- profile availability
- service area
- their keywords
Verification helps ensure quality and relevance.
- Receive Matching Requests
When a patient posts a request that matches a provider’s criteria, it appears in their inbox or is seen on the platform itself.
Providers are not listed publicly and do not receive spam.
- Respond on Your Terms
Providers respond only when they are able and interested.
Each response is intentional and opt-in.
- Connect Directly
Once a provider responds, patients receive the provider’s contact information and choose whether to follow up.
